Maritza Vicole started working at PepsiCo in October, 2004 as Coordinator of Shareholder Relations. She is now the Manager of Shareholder Relations in the Investor Relations department. Maritza is responsible for developing and managing the shareholder relations function and ensuring shareholder satisfaction. Other responsibilities include evaluating the performance of the Company’s transfer agent, overseeing the annual meeting process and proxy logistics, shareholder outreach to institutional investors during the proxy season, and administration of the Investor Relations annual operating plan.

Maritza holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, with a minor in Marketing, from Berkeley College. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute, the Shareholder Services Association, the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and several client advisory boards.
